We want to hear from student BIPOC voices who live in North Kingstown or attend North Kingstown High School and are graduating high school this year. We want to hear your plans upon graduation, how you’d use the scholarship money to help toward college/trade expenses, how you’ve grown from a challenge you had to overcome or how a role model has helped shape you into the person you have become.

In this talk we will introduce what environmental justice is, provide a quick history of the movement, some examples of injustices and highlight ongoing work to begin to address them.
